Minister Moreno attends CELAC Heads of State Summit
On Saturday, Foreign Minister Alfredo Moreno attended along with the President of Chile, Sebastian Piñera, the Summit of Heads of State of the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States, held in Caracas, Venezuela.
On the occasion, President Piñera took over the Pro-Tempore Presidency of this body.
Minister Moreno also attended the bilateral meetings held by President Piñera with his Haitian counterpart, Michel Martelly, and with the Prime Minister of Barbados, Freundel Jerome Stuart.
