Protection of minor Chilean citizens overseas

What does it consist of?

The Department of Social Action of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in conjunction with the Consulates carry out the procedures to collaborate with SENAME (National Service for the Minor)in the protection of  at-risk children (abandonment, illness, detention or death of parents).

Where  can it be requested?

• Consulates of Chile overseas.
• Department of Social Action of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Who is it addressed to?

To Chilean at-risk minors abroad.

Requirements

• The petitioner can be a natural person or body corporate.

Service

Carry out the necessary procedures to assist minors overseas.
