Below you will find detailed information that may be requested at the Consulates of Chile by fellow nationals living abroad.

PLEASE NOTE:

The Directorate for Consular Services, through its Social Security Department arranges social insurance proceedings only with the Social Security Institute (I.N.P.), by virtue of the Agreement on Institutional Cooperation signed in 2003.

Since there are NO AGREEMENTS with other social security organizations, it is NOT POSSIBLE to carry out any social security proceedings with the following organizations:

• Pension Fund Managers (AFP)
• Social Security System of the Armed Forces
• Equalization Funds

• Application for IPS Contributions Certificate

• Application for IPS Pension Benefits Report

• Certificación de Supervivencia

• Solicitud de Clarificación de Pago de Beneficios IPS

• Solicitud de Informar Fallecimiento de un Pensionado

• Solicitud de Pago de Pensiones Adeudadas

• Solicitud de Rectificación de Nombre ante el IPS

• Solicitud de Información Tramites Previsionales de Acuerdo a Convenio
