What does this consist in?

Chilean citizens residing overseas may request through the Consulates the granting of an Identity Card from the Civil Registry and Identification Service of Chile.

Where can it be requested?

At the corresponding Consulate of Chile overseas.

Requirements

• Expired Identity Card, in case of having one.
• To indicate the number of RUN (National Identity Inscription), full name and date of birth.

Result

Identity Card issued by the Civil Registry and Identification Service of Chile.

Fees

Identity Card:  US$ 8, plus US$ 3 for consular tariff.
