Requirements

  • To be next of kin
  • Submit Social Report issued by the Municipality corresponding to the home address of the applicant.
  • Submit Birth Certificate of the possibly repatriated person.
  • Confirm the nationality of the person to be repatriated.
  • To be in evident homelessness or helplessness, confirmed by the consular officer and not having the aid of relatives or institutions or public or private organizations.
