Minister Moreno hold bilateral meeting with his Venezuelan counterpart

As part of the First Meeting of Foreign Ministers of CELAC Troika held today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Chile, Foreign Minister Alfredo Moreno held bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Cuba and Venezuela, Bruno Rodriguez and Nicolas Maduro , respectively.
